How proud are you of the project you have been involved in recently?

The RICS Awards 2017 has now launched and is open for entries. The RICS Awards showcase the most inspirational regional initiatives and development in land, property, construction and the environment. This is the prime opportunity for surveyors, property developers, engineers, planners and architects, to showcase their talent.

The Awards take place within the 12 regions with eight categories including * Building conservation * Commercial * Community benefit * Design through Innovation * Infrastructure * Regeneration * Residential * Tourism & Leisure.

Each category is judged against strict criteria, which comprises design, appearance, size and cost, but also a commitment to sustainability. Regional winners will then be entered into the national RICS Awards Grand Final, which will be held in London in November 2017. This year also sees the launch of our new online Entry platform.
