Students in our School Holiday Camp heard from a parent who shared his entrepreneurial story. According to the Australian Bureau of Statistics, approximately 10,500 people begin their personal training qualification every year. This parent started in the Personal Training industry 10 years ago. Even back then, he quickly found himself in a crowded market.?
Through a series of pivots, he shared how he?now focuses on families with neurodiverse children. He realised that these children did not have the opportunity to learn basic movements and sporting skills. They found themselves in a negative feedback loop - "I'm not good at soccer because I never learned how to kick a ball properly." His family movement programs are now booked out well in advance and attract customers from across Melbourne.?
