How would you describe your career journey so far?
My journey has provided me with a varied range of experiences, leading me to navigate the intriguing intersection of technology and luxury retail. As a part of the executive team at Richemont Middle East, India, and Africa, I am currently focused on driving strategic and transformational initiatives, contributing to our sustainable regional growth.
Richemont has been my professional home for a significant period, a platform for consistent growth and fresh opportunities.
One of my initial responsibilities included managing the business applications team and spearheading strategic projects like the establishment of the Richemont Saudi Subsidiary and the internalization of the Cartier boutiques.
A pivotal shift towards business development and transformation in my career came when I joined Maison Cartier.
Here, I was privileged to contribute to critical initiatives, most notably leading the launch of e-commerce for Maison in both the UAE and KSA markets. The success of these initiatives played a significant role in shaping my career path.
This time, I was entrusted with not just business development but also overseeing the newly formed digital department. Throughout this journey, I've been fortunate to work with managers who have nurtured my growth and colleagues who have extended their unwavering support. Their guidance and our shared spirit of teamwork have enriched my experience in ways beyond words can describe.

What career advice would you like to share?
Don’t be afraid to step into something new and unfamiliar: adaptability is key.
Reflecting on the past years, it's been an exciting ride, full of learning, achievement, and growth, one insight stands out - the importance of adaptability. Embracing new situations, absorbing knowledge, and adjusting to changes has been invaluable to me.
Stepping into unfamiliar territory can be intimidating, but it often paves the way for opportunities and growth. Yet, amid all these changes, one guiding principle remains constant - the heart of any business is its people, our most valuable resource and the ones who truly make all our efforts worthwhile.
