It has been a great pleasure to welcome last week a delegation of 16 bright students from the UWIB - Undergraduate Women in Business committee of 美国哈佛大学
These students were keen to connect with 历峰集团 #italy to better understand its business structure, values, and strategic goals.
We gladly organized a learning day that allowed this bright team to experience just that!
We started with a Richemont Italy Overview, by Stefano Corrado , our MD. Stefano highlighted the structure of our business, legal entities as well as Richemont foundations, the importance of talent to future proof our success, the strong heritage of craftsmanship in Italy, our competitors landscape, near and distant future challenges and business recent successes.
?
We then learned about Silvia Ferrari ’s career journey. As an HRD, Silvia has led an inspiring talk on how the imporance of never stop learning, the courage to take action and cross industry experience allowed her to build a two decade long career in leadership and HR.
?
It was then time for Silvia Ponzoni , CFO, to take the stage. Silvia has provided an insigtful overview on her career and, as a senior business woman as well as a mother, she was able to welcome many questions on work life balance, when being both driven by personal and professional ambitions.
?
After these senior key leaders’s direct career experiences, we also wanted to ensure the team learned about our fine watches maisons. Who better than Zhanna Hofstatter Retail Director for Panerai Europe, with her extensive US experience to illustrate Panerai creations, mission and key events to our Harvard delegation?
?
Zhanna’s vibrant presentation got the team ready for a tour of the Client Service Platform, led by Elena Giavazzi , CS Director. The students were able to see first hand how complex the repair process is, and how this impacts the ever growing need for specialized talent.

Afer lunch, it was time to move to the most exclusive street in #Milan, #Montenapoleone, and visit two stunning fine jewellery maisons flagships: Van Cleef & Arpels one, led by Olivier Gillet , as well 卡地亚 one, led by Lucio Forgione and his fantastic team.
During these boutique visits, the students witnessed in person how varied a career in luxury retail can be, they learned about the effort that happens behind the scenes to ensure customers receive a totally seamless and personalized 5 stars experience during each and every visit.
?
We ended the day with a visit of Villa Mozart, “The Home” of Giampiero Bodino and Serapian Milano atelier.
In Villa Mozart the students were in awe when witnessing so much grandeur and beauty. This was the perfect setting to reignite their attention after a day packed with information and memorable experiences. Giovanni Nodari ,?Bespoke & Wholesale Manager from Serapian, taught us about the famous Mosaico leatherwork tecnique.

历峰集团 Italy now wishes these bright students all great successes in their career!?
