?????? ?????????? ???? ?????? ???????? ???????????
I feel stuck sometimes, whether it's in my job or my life. I feel disconnected, out of the track, or not in my alignment. I believe that's a common human nature in which you often demotivated just because something is not working out as per your expectations.
We waste our time by thinking about it instead of finding out the ways to get over it. We invest our energy in investigating past incidents instead of working on our present.

- I waste my time a day or two( I am human too ;)) without acting on it.
- I assign tasks on a priority basis.
- I sit down and write what makes me happy.
- I make a list of the things which diverted my mind from the path to avoid next time.??
- I try to give an answer to myself why something has happened, what I can do better? It helps me to get clarity on my thoughts.
- I try to break the pattern of my daily routine like reading a book, blogs instead of watching videos( this helps to break the neurons pattern of the mind).
- I give a timeline to achieve a small goal first to make me feel better and to go in a positive mindset again.
I take one step at a time; it took a lot of practice because our mind has multiple tabs open.
