If it does not matter in 5 years, don’t spend more than 5 minutes upset by it or by investing in it and count 5 to get back to your original attention.

Once we are heading to the long-term plan or making something more significant than our past or current situation, we need to let go of many things to move on.

I am not referring to letting go of our values or connections.

I am talking about...letting go of our emotional, decisional, thinking, and physiological habits. Letting go of the default patterns of doing what we used to do. This shift is not comfortable, and that is what we need to evolve.

Once we are playing a strategic game in our business, we must set ourselves up for a long-term move to become a greater version of ourselves. It's not about what we achieve at the end. It's about what we become through the process of achieving it.

The 5X5X5 rule in Mindspeed is a rule to remain fixated on your priority while being flexible to hold the priority on the place. When we adopt this 5X5X5 mind, it helps us in many ways, like:

• Being in a positive mental state
• Having a forgiveness mindset?
• Seeing the new opportunity out of every 'no' or 'can't'
• Being stress-free and unattached to what did not work?before
• Owning a 'move-on' attitude in turning points
• And creating more spaces within by letting go?

This will allow us to grow, adapt and learn from past challenges. We will be less likely to wait for the perfect moment because we know we are the creator and controller of the ideal moments. We are the conscious decision-makers where external influence, manipulation or validation has no room. Once we can create that for ourselves, we can also create spaces for ideal quality moments for others who matter.

So..

Whenever you feel stuck, overwhelmed, and a bit anxious, stop thinking about it and repeat after me:

If it does not matter in 5 years, I don’t need to spend 5 minutes being upset or thinking about it, and I am where I am heading to....smile (do it)... (and count) thousand 1, thousand 2, thousand 3, thousand 4, thousand 5.
