45 boys and 26 girls along with 8 staff from Royal Grammar School Newcastle will be taking a trip of a lifetime to South Africa this summer.

As part of their regular touring programme the school will embark on a 17 day rugby and hockey tour visiting Cape Town, Stellenbosch, Pretoria, Johannesburg and Pilanesberg.

The boys squads will play 5 competitive fixtures against some strong opposition whilst the girls will be participating in the prestigious Cape Town hockey festival. Away from the sport the group will have the opportunity to visit Table Mountain, Robben Island, Cape Point, Fisantekral township, Springbok Museum, Apartheid Museum, Sun City, Pilanesberg National Park, Gold Reef and more....
