They’re all in, and they’re bringing others with ‘em.
“I’m really excited,” said Nick Pompeian . “I think it’s a wonderful opportunity for us to get into a new space and it’s extra special because it’s our first development as a group. I think that makes it extra special. There’s a lot of excitement. It’s been a long time coming.”
“But slow and steady wins the race,” said Realty Growth Inc. partner and broker Pompeian.
He’s talking about their new building on West Circle Drive and Sarah Place, which has an expected opening date of as soon as June or July. RGI will reside there, moving its team of 17 from its current office space on South Broadway Avenue, along with others.
The other tenants are QDOBA Mexican Eats , Crisp & Green and Swoon Lash + Beauty Lounge .
“It’s good,” said RGI co-founder Dylan Carty . “We’re excited to get more room and nicer space.” The company broke ground on the new building in March 2023.
It’s a 2-story, 20,000-square-foot building they’re opening. Once everyone is moved in, another 6,000 square feet of space?—?divided into two or three spots?—?will be available. That’s 1,800 square feet on the main floor and a little more than 4,000 square feet on the second floor.
Carty said he envisions one tenant downstairs and two to three upstairs.
Of the new tenants moving in with RGI, parking is one factor they’re excited about when it comes time to move into the new building, said Kayla Fjelsted, owner of Swoon Lash + Beauty Lounge . At their current downtown location on Broadway Avenue, free parking is lacking.

She said her salon will also expand its services and will, in the bigger space, be able to serve more clients at any given time. She’ll also add education to the roster, playing host to local artists in the beauty world who want to expand their service menu or tailor their services better. This is also a huge step in business for Kayla who started her business in 2019. The business has been growing at a steady pace and the move will allow for much needed room to help all of the employees provide excellent services. Kayla worked closely with RGI team member Bucky Beeman in securing the original location Downtown and has continued to grow with the help of RGI to this brand new location.
Is this a final stop for RGI? Hard to say, leadership says.
“I would say for the immediate future, yes,” Pompeian said. “But we’re kind of nomads and, being in real estate, I would say things can always change.”
“I don’t think there’s ever a permanent home,” Carty echoes, “since we’re a real estate office. We don’t have any plans to move but that could change quickly. If somebody wants it, we’ll move.
What this expansion does mean is that RGI is now a tried and tested full-service brokerage firm, Pompeian said. This serves as their “launching point,” he said. “I see us doing more developments for ourselves as well as for our clients as well.”
