Problem
If you have a PC with an #AMD processor or GPU, you may encounter an #RGB color issue in displays that are connected via the #HDMI port after #windows 11 automatic updates (sometime you may never get this issue since this issue comes up with due to corruptions in driver update process).
Trust me. There is no issue with your display, HDMI cable, or HDMI port. No need to struggle with them to troubleshoot.
Story
If you have old AMD hardware with windows 11 you may find this issue after having a few windows updates. you know that windows OS has the ability to update the drivers of the hardware. sometimes these drivers are not compatible with windows versions and cause hardware malfunctions. This is a similar scenario you may face. I had to face this issue after moving from windows 10 to windows 11. Initially, there was not any issue but after having a few automatic updates, this RGB color issue came up.
After doing a few experiments I realized that this was something wrong with the graphic drivers. I tried updating the drivers with help of the 'windows driver update' option and I had the latest version. So I came to the conclusion that I need to update the display adapter configurations.

AMD configurations of drivers can be modified with the help of the AMD Radeon Settings Lite app (already on my PC). But I was unable to open that app and I had to face a different issue which is mentioned here. I tried 1st and 2nd approach and was unable to fix the issue.
