Robin Hood is accepting concept papers for programs that can produce a substantial and measurable impact on the health (morbidity and
mortality) of low-income immigrant or Latino (both foreign-born
and U.S.-born) New Yorkers. While all immigrant and
Latino communities with high rates of poverty are eligible for funding,
programs that serve Chinese, Dominican, Mexican and Puerto Rican
populations are of particular interest due to the large number of families
