Nanoparticle Heating Using RFHIC's GaN Solid-State Microwave Generator
In this video, RFHIC's 2.45 GHz, 3 kW Microwave Generator, the RIU243K0-40TG, heats up nanoparticles up to 800°C in less than 5 minutes. Note that the output power used in this video was only 50 W, whereas the maximum output power of the microwave generator is 3,000 W. Far higher temperatures, up to 2000°C, can be reached within a shorter period of time when the RIU243K0-40TG is using its maximum output!
Microwave heating has several advantages over conventional heating methods, including:
On top of that, RFHIC's GaN solid-state technology allows our microwave generators to operate under stable conditions and last up to 100,000 hours.
