The pursuit of happiness is a universal human desire, woven into the very fabric of our existence. It's like a vibrant beacon, guiding us through the ups and downs of life.

Life is so much more than just surviving, working, and repeating the same cycle day after day. It's understandable that such a monotonous routine can lead to feelings of depression and dissatisfaction.

?We never tend to think in a objectively but think with a reference point what we have and what other have. Comparing looks, salary or material possessions. How ever you might be doing good in your life but tend to be unhappy because you are busy in comparing yourself. Another factor can be with our mind is hedonic adaptation for example you first time travel in flight your mind will be excited and happy with the journey but when you get used to it you won’t feel the same and it slowly happens.

5 ways to rewire your brain for more Happiness.

?1.??? Social connections: every available study about happy people suggest that happy people are more social they tend to spend time with other people. They tend to prioritize the time with their friends and family member. Our lack of social connections comes from a intuition that it doesn’t matter which leads to undersocialities. instead of scrolling our phones in social media actually we should be on phone call someone we really care about. The simple act of connecting in real life can significantly improve wellbeing.

2.????Other ?orientedness – other behavior which determines our happiness is Doing nice things for other people try to become little bit about other oriented . we always thought self care is the path for happiness but many researches have shown happy people are much more other oriented they are spending more time in volunteering , helping other in charity etc .

Gratitude : another way to rewire happiness ?is to change our thought pattern do we have mind set is our brain focus more on negative things or hustle on life ?or do you have mindset which focus more on positivity & blessings . if you are able to think positive naturally start thinking about the positive thinks happened during the day before going to bed this will gradually develop your habit to think positively.

?4.????? Savouring : paying attention to good things or focusing on the moment. Suppose you are having your favorite pizza but simultaneously checking or scrolling your phone . where we should be really paying attention to delicious pizza and really enjoying it. The act of savourings is moving towards paying more attention towards good things in life more.

5.????? Exercise : we often forget our bodies are connected to our minds .exercise is connect with our mental health. It simply start devoting at least 20 mins for your body in activities like walking, cycling , Zumba , yoga etc.

Remember, it's never too late to make changes and create a life you love. Start small, be patient with yourself, and celebrate your progress along the way. You deserve to live a life that is more than just survival.
