Rewarding experience

A little over seventeen months ago, I had the privilege to lead a group of talented professionals to Implement the Technology Business Management Framework #TBM. A complex initiative that will not only drive value creation through IT cost optimization insights, contribute to the enterprises’ strategic mission of being a compliant organization and support multiple legal entities, including Banking, Property & Casualty, and Life Annuity.

Specifically, our team was able to successfully partner with cross-functional teams across the enterprise to build a multi-dimensional analytical repository of data combining large and complex operational and financial data to drive to near real-time actionable insights.

Despite obstacles posed by the pandemic, the scale, and complexities, I am very proud of our successful GO LIVE a few days ago. This would not be possible without the incredible work my team put in including change management, discovery, DEV, testing, and roll-out.

Special shout out to Connie Tremont for leading and managing relationships across the enterprise, making sure we are engaged with the right leaders across the organization. To Kiah Kimpo and team thank you for your technical expertise much needed to support this program and Brian McCarty, thank you for your tireless work & making sure everything ‘fits’ together for the desired outcome.

Because of your tireless efforts and dedication, we were able to successfully launch under budget, deliver on a key strategic initiative that will guide the firms operating model for years to come, and cemented a great deal of mutual trust and respect between key stakeholders in the firm with a shared vision and commitment.
