We can use AI like ChatGPT to learn more about specific topics. Yes, we can use Google and other search engines, but with AI you can actually have a conversation about a certain topic and dive into this topic without leaving the website or losing all the previous information gained. I use ChatGPT to keep my technical knowledge up-to-date to fully understand what we are doing at P1 Travel .
Saving time
Using AI to create vacancy texts in any languages you would like, that's pretty cool huh?! Obviously the vacancy text is generic, but this guarantees us that we have a strong foundation, written in any language you prefer and without grammatical errors.
We can also use AI to create a recruitment process or business case/technical test which would be ideal to hire a certain professional. My advice is to always check what fits the company best, but AI can provide you with some fundamentals when you are struggling with ideas.
Getting the right match
A lot of sourcing tools and Applicant Tracking Systems have AI running. Some ATS systems use a matching system, where AI scans the resume and job description and tells us if there is a match (0-100%). Though this system isn't flawless, it gives recruiters an indication if the person could be a fit (based on skills).
Will AI replace recruitment in the short future?
There will always be need of recruiters to guide candidates throughout the processes. It's important to note that while AI can bring numerous benefits to the recruitment process, human oversight and ethical considerations are essential. Companies should ensure transparency, fairness, and legality in their AI systems to avoid potential biases and respect data privacy and security regulations.
