In a recent study conducted by Gartner, a staggering 51% of Gen-Z employees expressed dissatisfaction that their education did not prepare them to enter the workforce. Additionally, 40% of business leaders echoed this sentiment, underscoring a critical misalignment between academic training and workplace demands (Intelligent.com).

Community Impact

A team of undergraduate Goff students were tasked by the Governor's Office of Economic Opportunity (GOEO) to recommend?a new economic development opportunity for the state of Utah. After a semester of robust research, deep understanding of the problem, and exploration of potential solutions, students recommended strategies to outreach, incentivize, and partner with corporate entities to offer English Language Learning programs to their employees.
