Revolutionizing Development: How Our Team Leverages AI to Streamline Workflows and Boost Efficiency

This is a very short article about how Pipeliner CRM have used AI internally in our development department at the company. This should show that not only for sales, but also for implementing deeper programming or research to effectively and efficiently handle tickets you can use AI.

The Challenge of the Duplicate Checker

We recently released one of our more complex features, the Duplicate Checker, which is especially important for this deep duplicate checking feature. It is important to understand that this feature required a lot of engineering and was very challenging.

In particular, this feature involves a large number of records to search. It was critical to dive deep into the software development side, especially in terms of relevant and deep algorithms.

It took much longer than we expected, even for the development estimates, due to the size of our pipeline or database infrastructure and core code. We rightly promoted a chat with Gemini and JGDP to reduce the available algorithms for this task and find the most efficient and effective solution for our use case. This not only helped us reduce the number of algorithms, but also helped us be efficient and effective internally as we wanted to get something out to our customers as soon as possible. Efficient Development and Rapid Innovation in Record Processing

We are extremely proud and excited about how efficiently and effectively our team was able to develop this feature and evaluate over 100,000 records against customization criteria in seconds instead of tens of minutes.

What's even more amazing is that despite these technical challenges, we were able to deliver something that would have taken several months to improve - we were able to develop the process faster!
