Breaking the 'No' Barrier

Hey LinkedIn!
As always, I hope you enjoy.. And thanks for reading!
Mills and Bakeries have got to understand that we are heading to 2024 world...and that means realizing that the landscape of satisfying consumers, creating new products and concepts is changing at a pace we haven’t seen in decades!
I think the whole concept of “that’s the way we always do it ” has led numerous mills and bakeries to underestimate the advancements in science, biotechnology, and data science.. Because it's a 'that's the way we always do it' mindset,
it tends to minimize the concept in people's minds.
But in reality, adapting to new scientific developments and using modern technologies and innovative enzyme solutions will help you sell more products than anything else in the world!
Today, in real life, more flour and bakery items will be bought due to social media influence than through any other promotion or advertising format in the world… yet, many in this industry will continue to underestimate and misunderstand that
real advertising and promotion, for example, is the positive ranking of your products on social media or in Google.
Today, references matter most. Consumers are not interested in a 'that's the way we always do it' approach; they expect you to meet their expectations for your bread, cake, biscuits, or other products.

Millers, Bakers, Formulators, Scientists .. we need to get excited about where the industry’s headed instead of stuck on where it’s been in the past.
The social-proof approach is really just common sense quality assement!
It’s time to get on board and leverage the power of scientific and technological developments in the field of ingredient technology to take your brand to the next level!
To discover the "next big product," adopting a "yes" attitude rather than a "no" attitude is crucial. The breakthrough will likely emerge from the implementation of data science and the adoption of enzyme technology.
Most people are “no” people – they said “no” to Enzymes , “no” to Ingredients Technology , “no” to Scientific Evidence, “no” to Data Analytics “no” to New Ideas.
Because they fear new things.
People just say “no, no, no” when the world is always “yes, yes, yes.”?
Fall in love with YES and break the NO barrier and watch your business change for the better.?

12 个月Thanks for the good article! I totally agree. "What we've always done" feels safe, which isn't the same as actually being safe! A good practical approach might be to look at the new (technologies etc.) and say how can we implement this, and what would it take for us to get success with this. Then the actual barriers appear, and they can be addressed one by one. ??
