Reviving and presenting dishes from old times of romans the Greeks or byzantines,egyptiens are not that easy due to the taste and products and the patrons also ... here are some products i try my best with my team to manage the tast and to present it in old fashion ways to ...but we dont have great taster from ancient times to.

Moretum,rock salt focaccia argan oil

Green mango sauerkraut ,pickled figs

jusselle ,garum drop

Strapatsada,shaved artichoks sperm

Apaki sea salt parcel,mediteranean herbs

semolina Basbousa,honey ,lime
