In the?impact?movement, partnering with communities that are historically underserved and left out is key. Our rural communities are one such group. Despite the assets and opportunities inherent in these places, they are continuously overlooked by investors, policymakers, and resource allocators. I’ve had the privilege?of?working on projects with several?of?our rural partners, and I appreciate the opportunity to bring visibility to the dynamic work happening in these communities and shed light on their critical contributions, the inequities that affect them, and how we can work together toward solutions.?

This resource is a tool to enable under-resourced rural leaders to secure the investment capital necessary to fund community priorities and help their communities thrive. Designed as a replicable, scalable process community leaders can follow, this blueprint will help connect enterprising communities and mission-aligned investors to revitalize and realize more economic dynamism in rural communities.
