Consider preloading your Revit Template with a full range of placeholder Views based on your company’s standard deliverables.

The MonkeyFlow Revit Template contains a broad range of packages based on 10 storeys plus a basement level.

It means data will cascade automatically into each View as the model is developed.

Next create a set of Sheets that correspond to the placeholder Views.

Place the Views on the Sheets and eliminate the need for this time-consuming task on each project.

Finally create a set of blank Legends that align with each of the packages you have created.

Attach each Legend to its corresponding Sheet.

Legends are a fantastic way to add standard notes instantly to complete packages of drawings.

Upon project startup, use predefined management Schedules (see Revit Template Pro Tips 03) to remove all views, legends, sheets and levels that are not required.

Much easier to delete data than create!

Make sure to look out for next Revit Template Pro Tips 05 to see how we control view settings on Sheets.
