Revisiting An Old Fave?

Lately I’ve been getting into a little habit of going back and watching old movies.

Some I wanted to see cause I haven’t seen em since I was a kid (like the Indiana Jones movies) and others like some of the 90’s John Grisham books that were turned into movies.

There’s some good content there that’s for sure.

And it gave me the idea that it’s probably time to ask you is it worth going back to something that might have been working for you previously when it comes to your training?

That could mean anything from going back and doing an exercise or three that you used to enjoy that you might have skipped for a bit.

It could also be going back and starting something again if there was something that really worked for you which you might have stopped doing for one reason or another.

Last year we brought back the kettlebells to some DPM sessions and that went down well.

And if one of those things was the DPM small group sessions, there’s still a couple on our timetable that you could pick up again.

LILYFIELD:

Tuesday and Friday morning 5:40-6:40am

OBSERVATORY HILL ?

Tuesday and Thursday 7:15-7:45am

Saturday 8-9am

If any of those sound like they might work for you, or a combination of both locations, let me know and I’d love to see you in action again.
