Revised Form I-9
The United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) recently released a revised Form I-9, Employment Eligibility Verification form and instructions. Employers need to use this new version (dated July 17, 2017) by September 18, 2017. Until then, either the revised version or the version dated November 14, 2016, may be used. The new form and instructions are available on USCIS's Form I-9 website.
