The reviews are in: Hubilo is making an impact

It’s gratifying to build a product that helps businesses of all sizes compete and thrive. Now that the Spring 2023 G2.com badges are in, I’m thrilled with the reviews our Webinar+ product is receiving. With the webinar market projected to reach $800 million USD by 2023, webinars are an essential part of marketers’ toolkits. In fact, 95% of marketers see webinars as important for their marketing efforts. But for small and medium businesses, competing in the marketplace and showcasing their expertise can be a challenge. That's where Webinar+ comes in, helping businesses of all sizes to compete and thrive.

Out of 24 peers, Hubilo was ranked third in small business usability of its webinar feature. We were also ranked in the top three out of 30 peers for G2's Mid-Market Relationship Index, a testament to the platform's ability to deliver positive customer experiences that drive repeat business.


As a product leader, it's thrilling to see a platform that you've helped develop and nurture achieve such success. Hubilo's rankings on G2 are a result of the hard work and dedication of all the teams involved, and it's clear that the platform is delivering value to customers across the globe.?


It's no secret that customer reviews are essential for any business, but in the world of software platforms, they can be especially crucial. They serve as proof of the quality of our product, and they help potential customers make informed decisions about whether our platform is the right fit for them.

Of course, receiving high marks on G2.com isn't just a matter of luck. It's the result of a deliberate strategy to build a product that meets the needs of our customers. We worked hard to identify pain points and solve them – often, before our customers even knew they needed them, and we implemented features that would make the platform more user-friendly and efficient.


But we didn't stop there. We also made a concerted effort to ensure that our customer support was top-notch. We knew that no matter how great our product was, there would inevitably be issues that needed to be addressed. That's why we made it a priority to be responsive and helpful to our customers, no matter what challenges they were facing.?


But beyond the rankings, the effort also contributed to a strong sense of satisfaction among our team. When we see positive reviews and feedback from our customers, it reminds us that what we're doing matters. It motivates us to keep working hard and striving for excellence.


At the end of the day, being ranked highly on G2 is a validation of our team's hard work and dedication. It's evidence that we're doing something right, and it's a reminder that we're making a positive impact on our customers' lives. I couldn't be prouder of what we've achieved, and I'm excited to continue building on this success in the future.
