2 productive hacks for professional life

I will start by suggesting productive hacks for professional life.

Have you arrived at the office or your workplace and left without delivering your day's target? Then this section might help you irrespective of what industry you work with.

#1 Plan your day and perform your most important task first

The first half an hour of arriving at the office plays a key role in planning your day. Sharing my personal experience: When I arrive at the office, I divide my hours with the day's work I have to perform. But, make sure you plan your most challenging task to do in the first hours. Because, after a good night's sleep, we all are filled with a fresh mind and energy to handle the toughest work efficiently in the least time frame. Otherwise, you will be tired of performing the challenging tasks after the first half and ultimately fail to achieve them.

#2 Reflect on your day's work while leaving and plan the homework

Now that you have read about planning your day and dividing the tasks, it is important to reflect on them. Reflect on "what were the hurdles you faced?" Is there any skill that you need to learn to increase your efficiency? Once you figure out the hurdles, it is good to note them down as your homework after your office. Divide your last 30 minutes at the workplace, just to reflect on your day’s tasks.

2 productive hacks for personal life

The above hacks are for professional life. I have figured out 2 hacks for my personal life that helps me to perform key insights into my experiences.

#1: Start the habit of documenting

I love documenting. I loved taking notes and documenting information that I found on different media, no matter if I revisited them or not. I feel good when they are stored in a device that I can access anytime. I even document quotes or moral learnings that people teach me.

Documenting things will teach you how to think. When you grasp information and note it down, you are already revising the information. Plus, you can create anything by using them when you have information documented. Documenting will give you confidence. Although, it is up to you that you document things or just read/hear them once and fit them inside your mind. But, for me, documenting has always helped me to create content. Documentation is not always writing things out. Capturing special moments with a camera and speeches through audio recording is also a part of the documentation. Just document whatever you find interesting and see how it will help you generate new ideas and add pieces of content when creating something.

#2 Start figuring out the social media purpose

Well, social media is an important part of our lives. We scroll and switch to different social media without realizing their purpose. It is really important to identify the purpose of the different social media you use. For example, I am on the majority of the social media, but I have divided the purpose of approaching them.

I use Facebook for groups, birthdays, and special posts related to my friends and family. I use Instagram for friends and to post pictures and moments. All my graphical content will be displayed mostly on Instagram and Facebook. I use Twitter to be a part of trending discussions, news, industry updates, and tech tweets. I use Snapchat to share my day with my close friends. I use LinkedIn for all the professional postings, connections, and readings. And, whats app is my choice of texting application. I have divided the purpose of using social media, which has helped me know its goal. So, identify your goal to use specific social media to not switch purposelessly between them.

Ending words
