Shocking insight of the month? Most sourcing emails are sent between...12 PM to 6 PM, local time to the creator of the campaign (most often the sourcer or recruiter).

We grouped this data by logical buckets based on standardized working and non-working hours. Here we can see a fairly consistent reply rate across all time buckets, with a slight peak for campaigns sent between 12 PM and 6 PM. New on Ashby

This month we released AI-Assisted Application Review to help teams manage high volumes of inbound applications.?

This feature uses AI to automatically analyze resumes to determine if candidates meet the criteria you define for your jobs, which you can then filter on during your application review.

This enables teams to efficiently review their inbound pipeline, surface and respond to top matches faster, and helps introduce consistency in your evaluations.?
