A Review of Recruit CRM

Are you looking for a great CRM and ATS as an agency recruiter? I demoed Recruit CRM’s CRM and ATS recently and was just amazed by all their features such as the customization, tutorials, and dynamic workflow. If you’re like me, you’re someone that’s tried all the major brands out there, but they only seem to be made for internal recruiting. They require way too many changes that just aren’t team-friendly. Well, Recruit CRM’s system is designed especially for agency recruiters and their teams.?

The first thing that stood out to me was their responsive customer service and easy tutorials. From the time you first log in, there are pop-ups for each step of the process. You can even decide where you’d like to start customizing. Do you want to immediately jump into importing candidates or companies? Do you need to invite teammates? Or maybe even add the ATS as a Chrome extension? There are guides for each of these. I’ve also received messages with requests to book an onboarding session, with the calendar link right in the email. They really want to set you up for success.

Now we move on to the main dashboard with your job and candidate info. For candidates, you’ve got everything from Applied to Offered to Placed, but you even have Interview Not Attended or Interview Rescheduled, which I hadn’t seen before. Then you have the different candidate pipelines which includes by job, company, owner, and recruiter assigned. All are important categories for agencies with multiple team members that need to stay organized. Something I will keep coming back to is just how customizable this system is. If something doesn’t fit your setup, you can remove it.

When you click over into the Candidates section and start adding candidates, you can see just how much information can be filled out. There’s personal, academic, employment, skills, and social profile. And what’s that right there at the bottom section? A place to customize! You can add your own custom fields to store more information. It’s all your choice. Trim down the excess or build it out to a completely personalized format. And my personal favorite part of this was the ability to put what information is required. I’ve had some ATS in the past that wouldn’t let you get past a certain point without filling in so much information. I need something that’s going to respect my time, and Recruit CRM is doing that!

Under the Jobs section, one thing that I really loved was the Note for Candidates category. For my agency, I keep everything on a drive with information on all of our clients. And as a company that would have anywhere from twenty-five to fifty clients at a time, it was difficult to keep track of it all. It’s amazing to see that I could potentially remove my need for the tracker because it would all be here in the CRM.

Rounding it all out, I did want to mention the Admin Settings, just to really hammer home the customization options. Everything from CRM Processes to Data to Job Settings to API & Integrations. I don’t think there’s one thing on here that can’t be personalized for an individual or entire team. Recruit CRM really wants you to make this your own.

Recruit CRM offers a comprehensive CRM and ATS that is simple, clean, and easy to use. I’ve never taken the time to review one before because I felt all the others I’ve used in the past just weren’t worth the time. The customization, step-by-step tutorials, and customer service really set it apart from the crowd. I had the pleasure of meeting with the CEO of Recruit CRM, Sean Mallapurkar, and let me just say, he’s really passionate about this system.
