This is a movie based on a real-life story in Haiti, a small country near Cuba.
The story shows how complex the structure of a human is. Most importantly, it discusses the existence of the SOUL and its meaningfulness to human existence.
The title " The Serpent and the Rainbow" refers to what we all experience in the physical reality – living in the world of Satan while pretending to talk about God.
This is an excellent spiritual movie, highly recommendable for any spiritual seeker.
