Reverse Feng Shui to find a Property Bargain?

Reverse Feng Shui to find a Property Bargain?

A friend sent this five year old article https://www.smh.com.au/money/saving/master-reverse-feng-shui-to-nab-a-bargain-in-competitive-housing-market-20160113-gm4qgj.html?from The Sydney Morning Herald which suggested the best way to out-think the wealthy Chinese buyers investing in property around the world is to understand the Feng Shui principles they are looking for, and then buy property meeting the opposite critera... On the basis that you’ll get a great deal because the property isn’t of interest to a Chinese buyer.

Sounds great huh?

I wonder what became of investors who took the advice in the article? It would be really great to find out because I suspect it didn't end well without massive renovation or demolition.

But there is something to be learned here;

The Chinese buyer will primarily be looking for property which is ‘Good for Money and Good for People’ (known as Wang Shan Wang Shui) or one which can be easily renovated as such and they will pay a high premium for a house which fits the criteria.?There are other topographical features they will also avoid, as mentioned in the article, which will detract from the good energy of a building.

In Feng Shui terms, if a building is already auspicious, this will pay off immediately in terms of family life, relationships and business.

So as per the article, by seeking the opposite, a house which is ‘Bad for Money and Bad for People’ (known as Reverse) the buyer is at an instant disadvantage.??That’s when the stable relationship fails, savings drain away and no matter what they do, things are perpetually going wrong.

Now from my perspective, anyone living in a Reverse house is a potential client – after all with everything turned upside down for them, they know something has to be done to get them back on track… (although sadly they probably can’t afford me now!)

There are also homes classed as ‘Good for Money, Bad for People’ and ‘Bad for Money, Good for People’ both of which can be remedied to balance out the negative elements and create prosperous and harmonious homes for their occupants – but this isn’t something you can guess at – it’s a process best handled by an expert

So think about your home – how does it stack up for you?

Good for money and Good for people??= Everything is Great – thanks for asking!

Good for money and Bad for People = There is always enough money but the relationships are struggling and maybe someone's even taking legal action against you

Bad for money and Good for People = Always more month than money but the family life is loving and fulfilling.

Bad for money and Bad for People = Everything is a challenge, you have to tread water 24/7 and nothing comes easily, relationships are a minefield and money swills out of the door faster than it comes in. Nothing stays the way you want it to and it's one crisis after another.
