The first stage is Preparation. This is a critical stage because it is here where the executive introduces him/her self to the organization. We help the executive craft the leader message and create the 6-month plan moving forward.

Next is Assessment. This is where we help the executives determine his/her leadership development needs. This includes the skills, knowledge, and abilities the executive will pursue throughout the coaching process. Also, early in the coaching process each executive gains self awareness of leadership strengths and weaknesses.

The third is the Coaching Process. We employ experiential learning that goes beyond didactic teaching and entails a hands-on, applied approach to learning. Executives learn and apply important leadership competencies such as hiring the best employees; team building and development; conflict resolution; strategic planning and implementation; and building a high-performance company culture.
