Reversal of Type-2-Diabetes via Lifestyle Changes

In 2017, when I was first diagnosed with Type-2-Diabetes, my A1C count was north of 12%.
In October of 2020, when I began my health journey, my A1C count was slightly north of 10%, which is still full blown type-2-diabetes:
April 16th of 2021, it was 9.1% (still full diabetes) ??
August 11th of 2021, it was 6.4% (borderline diabetes)??
December 2nd of 2021, it was 6% (pre-diabetes)??
March 31st of 2022, it was 6% (pre-diabetes)??
October 18th of 2022, it was 5.5% (normal) ??
And today, June 24th of 2023, it was 5.0% ????????????
I originally wrote about this topic and my journey to reverse Type-2-Diabetes in a previous article entitled "Reversing My Own Type-2-Diabetes", with the the sub-title of "Are certain ethnic groups more susceptible?" - click here to read that article. Of course, over this same time frame, I have also lost about 220 pounds, while completely changing up my body composition, you can read more on that in a blog series that I've entitled "The 1,000 Pound Journey".
In any event, I just wanted to put this update out there as it's been sometime since my last post about my journey. Trust me when I tell you, my nose has remained to the grindstone - and while that phrase implies continuous work, it's an unfair categorization because the work itself brings so much clarity and peace to my soul - it just doesn't feel like work, when your quality of life has improved by 200% or more.
All the best and as always, please hit me back with any questions or commentary.
