We're seeking a dynamic Revenue Director to oversee two thriving properties in the heart of Toronto.

As our Revenue Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving top-line revenue and optimizing our hotel's performance. You will lead the revenue management team, develop and implement effective pricing strategies, and collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations to achieve maximum revenue generation.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive revenue management strategies aligned with overall hotel goals.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize room rates and inventory.
  • Lead and mentor a high-performing revenue management team.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure revenue performance.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in revenue management with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the hotel industry.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Opera).
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
