Summary

The Revenue Cycle Director is responsible for the efficiency and effectiveness of the Revenue Cycle processes throughout the Hospital System. This position is responsible for the provision of Revenue Cycle Management, ensuring a strategy and vision for these services that support the Strategic Plan.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Will make a positive impact on the bott? om line by conceiving and implementing effective resource/cost management solutions; achieves maximum productivity and minimum waste by gaining cooperation of the work team.
• Will manage work groups to consistently meet expectations for utilization of human and material resources.

Qualifications:

• BA Degree or equivalent experience
• Epic Experience
• Experience as a Revenue Cycle professional in California or Nevada

?

Compensation: $200-230k + Bonus & relocation assistance?
