Great information, Andrea! I love the Executagility Model and that alignment is #1 on your list. Forbes did a study in 2021 which revealed "only 29% of employees say that their leader’s vision for the future always seems to be aligned with the organization’s." Ouch! Where could our organizations go with more consistent alignment?
