Reusable and 3D Printable N95 Replacement Mask

Reusable and 3D Printable N95 Replacement Mask

I have recently worked with a couple of friends who are on the front lines of COVID-19 and they have asked me to make a couple of modifications to a 3D printable M95 mask that uses an off the shelf filter as a filter. This design has has been field tested and is known to work. I have also heard that the blue shop paper towels, like these, can act as a reasonable substitute but I have no data to support that claim. The most recent update to this design was a venting feature to prevent the out-breath from fogging up the plastic shield that is worn over the mask. Note that some kind of compliant material must be adhered to the mask after printing so that it can form a seal with the face.

Here is a link to my drop box folder with the .stl files for printing.

Please provide any feedback that you may have on the design, and remember to stay safe!
