They implemented initiatives such as Flexible Fridays, Meeting-Free Days, Work from Elsewhere, Women’s Leadership Network, and Women’s Mentoring Series. I had the privilege of meeting several inspiring senior women leaders. These leaders have excelled in their respective roles and also been role models for the next generation.

Returning to Mastercard was driven by several factors that I deeply missed during my time away. Firstly, the company’s inclusive and supportive culture stood out. Mastercard’s commitment to diversity and inclusion, along with its employee-friendly policies, created an environment where I felt valued and empowered. It was the combination of these factors – the culture, talented colleagues, and social responsibility – that made returning to Mastercard an easy decision.
