Return of the Magi!

Three wisemen

Among the Dandelions,

Violets and Valentines,

And roses, and brown Noses,

On the moat, paddling their feet,

And holding shots of Mcallen neat!

The wisemen posed

Indeed as young men,

Prurient, and hellbent,

Falling reverently on the knee

And proposing the God

Or the local land lord,

With promises of Gold,

For none of the wisemen?

Had any Myrrh?

Or Frankincense.?

Sang praises of His ladies,

Wrote letters in blood,

Holy or Unholy,

(Of a sacrificial lamb)?

Whose names were redacted?

By the west that found it uncool,

And, by the station chief, CIA

Of Bethlehem, Israel!

From files, Social Media,?

But not from the Memories

Of amorous crooners!?

The unnamed lamb,?

Lost its will to be free,

Blew up in an IED bomb,

Threw a splatter pattern,

Similar to a Christmas Tree

In front of an old tavern!

The wisemen moved on,

Told stories of adventure,

Sacrifice, and tolerance, ?

Of an ungodly child,

And praised Dr Seuss!??
