In hindsight 2021 was a tough year for Girlfridayz we met lots of people wanting to use our services and were impressed with our business and the services we are offering to SMEs. We started the year with money in our business bank account and a decent level of customers and return customers.

However, in July all came crashing down we received an offer to take on staff on a minimum wage from a government gateway for the Kickstart program. We got interested and provided all information requested and waited for our application to be dealt with.

After sometimes we received several calls about how our impressive application was amazing and the people dealing with my application told me wow you are amazing and impressive, all the work you have done is extremely good and most people do not do half of this, you must have a team of people helping you Trisha. I reply thank you but I have done it by myself the Kickstart program offer gives me an opportunity to acquire the staff needed to grow my business.

The staff dealing with my application small-minded brain, judgemental, opinionated did not believe me and started a smear campaign again me for no valid reason other than a sick comparison with other businesses and people in general.

After challenging this I ended up putting a complaint because that all one can do legally about the unfair treatment received that was never addressed either; instead, I received you were not successful better luck next year.

This was the start of a litany of bad intentions people contacting us to use our services and placing orders and cancelling after 16 days or a month, full of excuses as to why they no longer can fulfil their order with us. I spent my time challenging this unscrupulous, defrauding customers trying to foul you and deciding to mess about with you. Lacking responsibility and accountability toward their order placed.

The truth of the matter is these people were broke and do not have any money but still will want sometimes from you because they told themselves that they need it but then realised oh shit I have to pay ￡700 to ￡2000 to Girlfridayz.

How can get out of this contract that I made and signed for? So the best course of action these low life scum thought of doing is to lie and call me names, "like your evil or the devil, I never made an order you delude prick and more insult coming out nowhere" and spreading malicious words and falsity to their peers to harm my business.

I even have someone claim that they got a panic attack reading their order details and I am evil for this. Ok, one will say they are not the full ticket but that would be too easy to label people because government gateway people use the same strategy more elegantly to smear me.

It is true that some people do not like smart people, genius, rich people, hardworking, consistent, diligent people. They would criticise because they are jealous, envious and wish to be like that but they cannot reach there because they do not have the right mindset to execute, therefore, instead of trying to improve they will try to kill the potential of others. How sad is that but unfortunately this kind of shit happened?

See if I was a criminal and harming people like some bad people I will be haunted down and put in jail.

You do very good work, write books, do excellent work for your customers, get good reviews on the phone, in writing on my website, professional and friendly law-abiding and some people still will hunt you down like a criminal.

That shows me that people are fuck up truly and unable to recognise who can truly help them to grow, are quitters and give up as soon as the going gets tough and are unreliable.

One says you should pray for better days but the truth is social media has made it so easy for everyone to see your content not only this but you can meet these types of people in your neighbour and anything can trigger these sick responses.

These deluded foolish people have affected my business greatly by not paying for services order and made me in trouble with my suppliers. See when people do not pay you your business get affected because, in turn, you have difficulties paying your bills and the regular costs of running a business. They do not care, no they don't and have an unreasonable belief that we at Girlfridayz; must be swimming in money, even if it was true they do not have any valid reason not to pay for service order. In December no customers and in late January beginning of February two website orders.

Well, here it is again the first order oh not cancel but put on hold until god knows when and the second orders the customer avoids paying for their first instalment payment, both customers had an opportunity to cancel orders made within 14 days of the date of order they did not therefore as soon as I request deposit payment or first instalment "I got my dad did not give the go-ahead then put it hold we call you".

The second-order made the customer say when I called, "no it's not due today you mistaken don't do anything yet. I replied your payment due date is 25/02/22 and we are the 26/02/22 it is written clearly in your schedule of payment". She replied, "I don't have work and don't do anything before Monday I see you on Monday at 6 pm."

This article is about understanding the Eleventh Hours. The Lord Almighty has bestowed me with a gift and it is my ability to make people feel comfortable and see and hear people, compassionate and empathetic. This is why all people I met love my approach and talk to me freely and I have a positive attitude toward life and the right mindset to execute.

In seeking your goals, it is important to know about the law of you reap what you saw and the "Eleventh hours".

Have you ever noticed in life that things can look really bleak just before a dramatic turn for the better? like the latter bleakest moment of my business life in 2021 about my business Girlfridayz Limited, most people by now would have quit.

My so-called best friend told me "wake up and smell the coffee quit if you cannot get good people to order your services or no customers at all how do you live go get a job your business is not working. I replied I have a job and shit happen in life the difference is I see where I am going and you don't"

Have you ever heard of the businessman reporting that just before he made a fortune, he was about to quit? He was up the creek without a paddle, when suddenly, everything began to fall into place. What happen is that he hung in there just long enough to get his reward.

We read about the sporting champion who was down and out and couldn't win a match. On the verge of giving in, he stayed long enough to turn his career around and reap the glory.

Maybe you wished you have met wonderful people who lifted you up in the cloud. Have you ever wondered if life was worth all the effort (I have)? However, life is that because there is a principal at work here - The Eleventh Hour. It is always the darkest and the coldest just before dawn, but if I hang in there long enough I will get my rewards.

Once you recognise the Eleventh Hour for what it is, life loses a lot of its trauma. In effect, the universe often seems to be testing us to see if we are serious about our goals. If we hang in there that bit longer... then bingo

Once we realise what is happening we can be one step ahead. When everything looks bleak, dire and desperate and we say everything going wrong. This could mean everything I worked so hard for and all my achievements my glory is just around the corner. Then we should feel better. Even though since last year everything came crashing down, I am happy and secure knowing that my reward for more success is round the corner. Because we will be genuinely and generally be tested and judged in some way before achieving anything of value.

If you can view the Eleventh Hour for what it is; and treat any difficulties as a necessary part of the process of achievement, then you would not quit and you will achieve whatever you desire in life.

Persistence

Genius will not; unrewarded genius is almost a proverb, education will not; the world is full of educated derelicts. Persistence and determination alone are not omnipotent. The slogan "Press on" has solved and always will solve the problems of the human race."

Persistence is the secret; Successful people know the secret - they have realised that it is the main ingredient of the secret sauce in winning at anything you put your mind to. Failure tends to view persistence as some kind of optional extra as through failure you learn what you did wrong and try again with another solution.

The sad thing is most people quit. Wherever we look, we see mostly quitters, full of excuses some with good intentions and others with bad intentions. The average person who starts a business quits within a year or two or even after 5 to 6 years. How many people do you know who play a "little Piano" or musician who experiences enormous success then we never hear about them again, what they all have in common and that worldwide they tried it for a while, results came in too slowly, they been to many years at it, so what they do they quit and go and look for something easier.

Here is my hindsight of 2021and I am very close to reaping what I saw I believe in the law of the universe and karma too.
