Tap Packaging Solutions has occupied this building in Cleveland since the 1920s. The one-time Chilcote Co. is looking at moving to leased space in Brooklyn, Ohio. An investor group bought the current property (above) last December. Modernizing operations in the suburb is on the menu and a to-be-named later rehab of the current building is likely in the works.

The Payne Avenue side of the complex is largely a single-story operation.
