Retirement Announcement
After more than 35 years of working full-time in the energy industry, I have made the decision to transition my focus to volunteering, community engagement and assisting with passion projects.
The last 15 years at Cabot/Coterra have been nothing short of extraordinary. My time working alongside community leaders, elected officials, and the caring residents of Susquehanna County has been immensely rewarding. To the employees I partnered with in ensuring we met and exceeded expectations—thank you. It was an honor and privilege to collaborate with such dedicated and talented individuals. The lessons you shared and the trust you placed in me made our collective efforts impactful and meaningful.
Highlights of my career include supporting institutions such as a new hospital for the Endless Mountains Health Systems, establishing the School of PNG at Lackawanna College, strategically investing in Camp Freedom, promoting the mission of the Dennis Farm Cultural Land Trust, as well as EPIC initiatives like America 250 PA. Not to overlook partnering with Career & Technology Centers and funding statewide dual enrollment at Pennsylvania College of Technology.?
These organizations’ mission and vision inspired me, and it was a privilege to join them along their journey. I am also proud of our public policy work, such as expanding the Education Investment Tax Credit (EITC) program and Neighborhood Assistance Program (NAP), which made significant strides in workforce development and investment. Additionally, furthering the opportunity to produce natural gas in the Commonwealth while strengthening our environmental protections and limiting community impacts.?
Our recent merger illustrated the strengths we cultivated in Pennsylvania, which were recognized and valued in Texas and New Mexico. It was rewarding to witness the impact of what we built in the Marcellus region being adapted to the Permian Basin with the same respect for community leaders, elected officials, landowners, and employees.

I am deeply grateful to have received the API President’s Award, presented by Mike Sommers as well as the Proclamation from Senators Lisa Baker and Gene Yaw recognizing our achievements together. These honors reflect the incredible teamwork and dedication that defined my career.
The talented individuals I had the fortune to work closely with—Brittany Ramos, Bill desRosiers, Bonnie Morris, Natalie Clark, Kelsey Holsinger and Becca Myers—are not only incredible professionals but have grown into outstanding leaders. My career was shaped by exceptional mentors, including Jonathan Bigley, Terry Murphy, Rob Boulware, Scott Schroeder, Rick Frio and Tom Beene. Their guidance and encouragement fueled my passion for the energy industry and introduced me to peers like Pete Gleason and Tracy Lawless, whose support was invaluable every day.
Finally, I want to acknowledge the work of amazing colleagues like Megan Bloomgren, Anne Bradbury, Matt Most and Stephen Flaherty whose friendship and collaboration meant the world to me.
To everyone I have worked with over the years—thank you for the incredible journey. While I am retiring from full-time work, I look forward to continuing to contribute through volunteering and remaining an active member of the energy community.
