Jim Kelly retired quarter back from my favorite football team, The Buffalo Bills, said, “Make a difference today for someone who's fighting for their tomorrow.”

I have been a fan since my college days at Rochester Institute of Technology.?There I worked as a student co-op for General Railway Signal.?My mentor there was Jean Deconic.?She and her husband Bill had season tickets to see the Bills in War Memorial Stadium.?This is when O. J. Simpson played running back.?Whenever the weather was inclement I was with Bill in the stadium to watch the game.

Jean and Bill made a difference in my life that has paid me dividends over the years even though I can say my struggles have been few.?I enjoyed watching my Buffalo Bills go to four straight Super Bowls, loosing all four while Jim Kelly played.?Those years were bitter sweet always hoping for the next football season.
