Rethinking Resources

Rethinking Resources

In addition to money we have 3 other resources that we invest as we move through our days & weeks: time, energy & headspace.

Jodie Warren Coaching

Whilst it would be amazing if we got to restock each of those resources at key points in the day such as when we log off from work & clock straight back into full on parenting mode sadly that’s not the case. (Not to mention the fact parenting mode is always running in the background which is a whole other discussion).

Whether we invest our time, energy or headspace on working, parenting, life admin or attempting to have a life, we need to manage & replenish these resources. If we don’t, as with money, we risk ploughing ourselves further & further into ‘debt’.

When it comes to transition, this time of year can be particularly resource heavy. There’s more to think about, more to attend, more to manage & more to do. Energy & time can run low whilst emotions (both yours & theirs) can run high.

? Which of your resources already feel stretched - time, energy or headspace?

? To avoid going into ‘debt’ in these areas how could you plan to preserve or replenish those resources?

If you need support to work out how you could create & maintain capacity to manage the upcoming term I have space for two 1:1 clients. I support exhausted parents & professionals to press pause & work out how they could be investing their resources differently rather than just doing yet more.

Together we devise & implement a practical plan to reduce the drains on your resources & find ways to both manage & replenish those resources effectively so you can get your head back above water.

To find out more about how I could help you reply "DISCOVERY" or book a free initial consultation here & let's talk.

Warm wishes,

Jodie
