Don't Assume, Analyze: The Key to Efficient Problem-Solving in Life and Business.
Last week, I had an interesting conversation with a friend's son that got me thinking about the way we approach problem-solving in life and in business. He asked me a simple question: "Who came first, the chicken or the egg?"
I was stumped, as I didn't know the answer myself. But I asked him why he was curious about it. He simply said he was wondering and thought I might know the answer.
After some research, I found out that the answer was simple - it's chicken. Although it hatched from an egg, the egg that hatched into a chicken was laid by another bird that was a precursor to the chicken.
This got me thinking about how often we take things for granted and make assumptions without really thinking things through. We assume that there is only one way to achieve our goals, and we focus solely on finding the perfect solution.
The same can be said about expanding a business. We tend to think that we need to acquire something new or find the perfect solution to achieve our goals. However, the key to expanding a business is to analyze, sit down, and use the resources we already have.
We should not assume that we need to acquire something new or find a perfect solution. Instead, we should use what we have and make the most of it. By doing so, we can achieve our goals in a more efficient and effective way.
The answer to expanding a business is not always obvious, but by thinking outside the box and utilizing our existing resources, we can find a solution that works. So, if you're thinking about expanding your business, take a step back and analyze what you already have. You might be surprised by the solutions that are already at your fingertips
