Rethinking HR: Is your HR function a strategic partner or administrative processor? (Survey)

Is there a desire among HR professionals to transform the HR function? How do you compare to peers in the same industry? Participate in this short Strategic HR Survey to find out!

Strategic partner vs. administrative processor – where in the spectrum is your HR?

With globalization and the advances in technology, talent management is becoming a crucial component of the growth strategy at many companies. In PwC’s 20th CEO Survey, 59% of CEOs say they are rethinking the HR function to address their talent acquisition challenges.

Does this heightened need for talent management come with a higher appreciation for the role of HR, and more importantly, a tighter integration of HR into the strategic business of the company? Help us answer the question by taking the Strategic HR Survey

This survey is less than 10 questions and will take less than 2 minutes to complete. The more people who participate, the more useful the data will be for everyone. All responses will be anonymized.

We will analyze survey results and everyone who participates will receive a detailed report on the results. Use the results to rethink HR and start the conversation in your organization!

Brent Kleiman I don’t want to skew your survey as I am not directly in HR but in a small niche subsection of HR ... burnout management. In communicating with Many HRprofessionals on this topic I’d say A) that HR are frustrated they cannot always convince or reach board/c suite with regard to radical changes to eliminate burnout and they appear to be well equipped and or motivated to mastermind this . There is a sense that they are sometimes feeling overlooked or not reaching full potential as in what they can do for a business B) HR themselves are not immune to burnout
