10 个月There is plenty of evidence to suggest we are past the 'Peak of Inflated Expectations' and people are now looking ahead to what GenAI use cases can be productionised. There was an interesting article from IBM recommending looking for use cases with the biggest ROI impact to make them worthwhile exploring further, due to the current cost & complexity of GenAI models. This approach certainly aligns to the notion of redesigning your workflow or process to effect some form of business transformation.
