Shifting Work Dynamics, Pay Disparities, and Tech World Drama
A new work dilemma welcomes the new year, as 80% of firms are gearing up to track employees' office attendance. ResumeBuilder.com surveyed 800 business leaders and found that companies planning to require office attendance are looking at multiple ways to track employees. Among the strategies they're considering include badge swipes (62%), manual checks (50%), Wi-Fi (50%), occupancy sensors (43%), and under-desk sensors (38%).
