Omnicell, a provider of medication and medical device supply chain automation technologies, and Retarus combine their expertise to support pharmacies in dispensing medicines. Customers will now receive a pick-up code via Retarus Enterprise SMS Services as soon as their medication is available in the Omnicell pick-up terminal.

... will be using a Digital Identity Wallet (DIW) on their smartphones as a way of verifying their identities for digital interactions, according to a recent Gartner estimate. The prediction is by no means far-fetched, as the EU (current population roughly 450 million) is set to require all member states (through the eIDAS regulation) to make a DIW available to citizens by 2026. However, several products offering DIW solutions are already on the market.
Connect Cloud Fax flexibly with SAP
In hybrid system landscapes and during migration phases, customers and system integrators crucially need a range of different options at their disposal for connecting to SAP systems, depending on the scenario required. Using a REST API and a connector, Retarus Cloud Fax can be employed centrally for S/4HANA cloud applications by way of the BTP Integration Suite. Alternatively, Cloud Fax SMTP Gateway can also be used to establish direct access to SAP cloud applications. For SAP S/4HANA on-prem scenarios or SAP ECC, tried and tested interfaces such as SAP RFC or SAP BC-SMTP serve as pathways into state-of-the-art cloud fax.
