The employee was a flight risk, or maybe you were unsure they fitted the culture. But in many instances - they’re leaving because they’ve just had enough.

Nobody said retaining staff was easy, and there’s no one-size-fits-all approach.?

1. Upskill, train and educate

2. Be transparent about salaries and career growth
