RetailROI March Gladness Now Open

Hey everyone, March Gladness is upon us. This year March Gladness is free to play. Play brackets and win over 60 prizes. It is still a fundraiser, but it is free to play. We are also thankful that XCCommerce has joined as a title sponsor to help us toward our goal.

As mentioned above, this is still a fundraiser for RetailROI. This year all of the proceeds go to help improve the situation in the foster system in the US, specifically targeting turnover among social workers in the foster system. We have seen dramatic impact from a program that started in Charlotte where turnover was reduced 73% in two years through the program. The funds will help expand this program nationally. Why is this important? Because when a child has 1 social worker, they find permanence 74.5% of the time as they have that single person in the system advocating for them. But when there is turnover, that drops to only 17.5%. Add to this the exponential impact because each social worker has 25-40 children, you can see how kids get lost in the system with devastating effects.

This is a cause that everyone can get behind regardless of politics, religion, sexual orientation...we are all dealing with increased crime, homelessness, children/people on government aid...and we can impact it simply playing brackets. Learn much more at https://www.retailroi.org/march
