Retailers Disclose Salary Ranges
Macy's,?Nordstrom,?Tapestry?and more retailers have started disclosing salary ranges for NYC-based jobs, ahead of a Tuesday deadline that will require all NYC employers to disclose compensation details in job postings.
For example, in a current job listing for a manager of communications role at Coach,? Tapestry , the New York-based owner of Coach, Kate Spade, and Stuart Weitzman, outlined a salary range of between $76,000 and $95,000 annually. The company is also currently advertising for other roles with salary ranges on its website as well.
Macy’s said it updated all of its job listings on its Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s websites last month in order to display pay ranges for every role across the U.S.
Trove’s New CEO on Helping Brands Enter Resale
After taking the helm as CEO of recommerce company Trove in May, Gayle Tait is focused on fostering ways to make selling secondhand products a profitable business.

“Now, more than ever, there is an appetite to make a positive impact on the environment,” Tait told FN.
Trove’s technology powers trade-in and resale within a brand’s own ecosystem. The company’s technology is now present in 700 brick-and-mortar stores nationwide, Tait said, with Arc’teryx, Eileen Fisher, Levi’s,?Lululemon, Patagonia and REI among some of the company's partners.

Coco Gauff Signs a Multiyear Extension With New Balance
新百伦 has extended its partnership with tennis star Coco Gauff.
The Boston-based athletic brand announced it has entered into a?long-term extension with Gauff, 18, who is currently ranked No. 4 in singles and No. 2 in doubles in the world. Terms of the extension were not disclosed.
To celebrate the extension, New Balance revealed a new colorway of the athlete’s Coco CG1 signature tennis shoe, dubbed “All in the Family.”
