The design and facilities there must be relevant and convenient to the user, easy to use. This refers to the effectiveness of the usage of the facilities/ designed amenities
Functionality:
The concept design and amenities must deliver their functions in line with the taste and expectation of target users, for a pleasant experience.
Serviceability:
The design must ensure the minimum downtime, to upkeep the efficiency of the operation. ??
